Home Builders Association Inducts Officers and Directors

Fond du Lac – The Home Builders Association of Fond du Lac and Dodge Counties, Inc. held their annual induction ceremony on Wednesday, September 21st at South Hills Golf and Country Club.

HBA guests for the evening were President of the Wisconsin Builders Association Don Esposito and his wife Chris. Don led the induction of officers and directors for the Home Builders Association.

Officers for the 2011-2012 include:

President: Dave Cook, Cook’s Construction of Brownsville, Inc.

Vice President: George Hettenhaus, ProBuild

Treasurer: Kim Schmitz, US Bank

Home Builders Association holds 2011 Awards Ceremony

The HBA of Fond du Lac & Dodge Co., held their Annual General Membership Meeting and Awards Ceremony on May 18, 2011 at the Ramada Plaza.

Special Awards are given to show appreciation for the members' hard work over the course of the year. Congratulations to the following HBA members that were recognized for their commitment and support to the Association:

Leadership Award - Greg Feucht, Huberty & Associates, S.C.

This award is for an individual who has volunteered numerous hours to the association with not only committee work, but also with association community service work, or involved with raising funds for the association. They promote the association by volunteering many hours behind the scenes.

Cornerstone Award - Lee Oestreich, HBA Honorary Member

This award is given to an individual who has supported this association in all aspects for a tenure number of years. This award is given to those who also do many hours for the association and need not have to be asked - they come forward and volunteer.

President’s Award - Mike Wirtz, Wirtz Brothers Construction, LLC

This is the highest individual award that can be given out. This person must be involved for many years and has been board member or an officer of this association. They also can be involved on a state or national level.

Golden Hammer Award – Huberty & Associates, S.C.

This award is given to a “company member” not an individual who have generously supports the association with monetary discounts or no charge at all on a consistent bases over many years.

These awards are given out to the individuals who have given unselfish volunteer hours to the Association.
